Cobra Security undertakes manned guarding in a variety of existing areas including retail, educational, industrial, research, event, leisure and construction. Every guard is trained and SIA licensed to meet the current Security Industry Authority regulations, and is thoroughly vetted to meet BS7858:2006 regulations. Our operational processes and procedures comply with BS7499:2002. Many of our personnel are ex-forces so they are well disciplined and reliable. Whilst on your premises we understand they are a reflection of your own corporate image and will therefore behave and carry out their duties to the highest possible standards. All Cobra Security personnel are monitored via our 24 hour manned control centre. Every guard will log on and off duty with an accurate time recorded. A computer check call system is continually monitored to ensure the guards are safe and carrying out their duties throughout the course of their shift. Any guard who fails to make a check call and does not respond to control, will have a mobile K9 unit dispatched immediately to assess the situation. The Operations Manager and Area Supervisors carry out ongoing random quality control visits on all sites of operation.
